Frequently asked questions
- Does the app need internet access? Bundled starter pictures work offline after installation. On the web, the app and pictures must be downloaded first. New pictures, sign-in, and sync need an internet connection.
- Where is progress stored? Without sign-in, progress and frames are saved on this device. Signing in enables sync for progress, frames, and existing coin records. Settings and photos stay on this device.
- Are photos uploaded? Photo-puzzle images are processed only on your device and are never transmitted.
- Do I need to buy or spend coins? The latest child app does not offer new coin purchases or coin spending. Existing progress, frames, and purchase records remain. The app may retry unfinished Apple purchases.
- Which pictures are free? New users get five selected pictures for kids to play for free each week. The selection changes every Monday. Existing free and owned access, along with progress, is preserved.
- What is the All Artwork Pass? It is a one-time in-app purchase for all current and future artwork for kids. There is no subscription or time-based charge. After a parental check, you can purchase at the price shown by Apple. Photo-puzzle benefits are not included; existing photo access stays the same.
- How do I restore my pass? Open the artwork-pass screen from the parent menu and choose Restore Purchases after the parental check. You must be signed in to the App Store with the Apple account used for the purchase, and an internet connection may be needed. The app verifies Apple's entitlement on the device. This entitlement is not copied or synced to the app's separate account and reflects changes such as refunds.
- How do I reset my data? Uninstall the app or clear the website’s browser data to remove local progress and photos. Synced records remain on the server. To remove those too, sign in and choose Delete account and synced data in Settings. This deletes your authentication account and server-side records; records saved on this device remain.
